By using and purchasing through the Interstate Advanced Materials website, you consent to our terms and conditions. By using our cut-to-size service, you accept and understand that cuts are nominal and have a tolerance of +/- 0.125" (1/8") and that cut-to-size materials are not returnable or refundable. Please review our shipping and return policies for more information.

Prices and Availability

Published price lists are net and subject to change without notice. Prices may vary with current inventory. Online prices are valid for online orders only. In store purchases may vary in price and certain products may not be available at certain locations.

Accepted Payment Methods

Net 30 terms on approved credit, AMEX (American Express), MasterCard, Visa, or Wire Transfer. For orders by check, please contact our customer service staff at 888-768-5759. No C.O.D. is available.

Return Policy

You may send an order cancellation request to your sales representative via email or phone. Interstate Advanced Materials will honor cancellation requests received before the order has been accepted for processing or is executed. An order cannot be revoked when the order has been accepted for processing or executed (meaning the order has not moved to a warehouse for cutting and no materials have been ordered from our suppliers). You understand and accept that an order cannot be canceled when Interstate Advanced Materials has processed or executed that order. Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours but may be processed within a few minutes of placement. Do not assume an order has been canceled unless you have received written confirmation of the cancellation.

After Interstate Advanced Materials has approved a return, items must be returned to Interstate Advanced Materials within 30 days.

Standard stock and optimal size items are returnable if undamaged and in unused, new condition. Items will be inspected to ensure the item is in new condition; credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility. Cut-to-size, machined and non-standard items are not returnable or refundable. If we cut it, you own it! Cut-to-size products include any material that is cut below its standard sheet length or optimal size. Full sheet sizes are normally 4'x8' or 4'x12'. Optimal sizes generally include 12x24", 24x48", 48x96" and 48x120" for sheets. Rods and tubes can only be returned in lengths of 4', 5', 8', 10' and 12'. All other lengths are considered non-optimal. If you are unsure of full or optimal sheet size, please contact our customer service staff at 888-768-5759.

Personal protection equipment (PPE) and barriers (PPB) are non-returnable and non-refundable. PPE and PPB products include, but are not limited to, "sneeze guards", "protective barriers", "cashier panels", "office barriers", as well as "guards" and "shields". For items damaged during shipping, please make a claim with the shipping company within 7 days from receipt of the delivery date. Please give the claim number to an Interstate Advanced Materials representative at (888) 768-5759 so that the issue can be further examined and the appropriate actions are taken.

PLEASE INSPECT SHIPMENTS BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE -- IF ITEM IS DAMAGED YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT AS ALL CUT-TO-SIZE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. FOR DAMAGED ITEMS YOU MUST CONTACT AND MAKE A CLAIM WITH UPS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY DATE. PLEASE GIVE THE CLAIM NUMBER PROVIDED BY UPS TO AN INTERSTATE ADVANCED MATERIALS REPRESENTATIVE AT 888-768-5759 SO THAT THE ISSUE CAN BE FURTHER EXAMINED AND THE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TAKEN.

If your item is damaged beyond use, give Interstate Advanced Materials a call at 888-768-5759 and provide details about the damage to your item. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you wish to request a refund or receive a replacement item. Contact us for mandatory authorization number. ISO requirements allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.

• Semi-finished plastics may come with scuffs and small scratches as the surface is not protected during stocking and loading. This is not considered a quality issue. Semi-finished plastics include all machinable plastics without protective masking.

• Adhesives and any hazardous materials are not returnable or refundable and all adhesive and hazardous material sales are final. All adhesives ship from our certified location in Sacramento. No overnight shipping or air freight will be provided for hazardous material shipping.

• Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Tools, welding tools, blades, drills, bits and all accessory items will be inspected to ensure the item is in new condition. Items must be returned with all original packaging and/or accessories.

• Contact us for mandatory authorization number. ISO requirements allow no exceptions. Credit cannot be issued until product is received and inspected in our facility.

• Standard Items incur a 35% restocking fee, plus cost of freight. Quality issues are exempt from fees.

• Custom cuts and fabricated parts are not returnable or refundable. Cut-to-size orders have an acceptable cut tolerance of 1/8" (0.125").

Warning Regarding Proposition 65

ALL ADHESIVES, GLUES AND OTHER POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS ARE FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY AND NOT FOR CONSUMER USE AT HOMES OR SCHOOLS OR IN RECREATION.

Warning on Sharp Edges

Tax Exempt Status and Orders

State law exempts items that are resold in the normal course of business. Material and products used to run your business are taxable. We are unable to automatically exempt taxes during the online checkout process. In order to establish and maintain tax exempt status, Interstate Advanced Materials requires that you provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate for the state(s) where you are located, and that you update and maintain a current certificate, in accordance with state laws and our Terms & Conditions. Sales tax may be charged on any orders placed through the Interstate Advanced Materials website.

Tax refunds will not be provided for orders placed through the cart. In this scenario, you may contact your state's Department of Revenue to request a refund of tax paid. Once valid tax exemption documents are filed and approved by Interstate Advanced Materials, tax exempt orders must be placed over the phone through an Interstate Advanced Materials representative. Freight on Board (F.O.B.)

Shipping point unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchaser assumes all risk for damage or loss and responsibility for submitting claims with carrier.

Purchase Minimums

There is no minimum purchase amount; however a $20 fee is applied to non-optimal cut-to-size online purchases under $50. For accessories, a $4.99 fee applies to orders under $25.00. Optimal sizes generally include 12x24", 24x48", 48x96" and 48x120".

Machining & Fabrication

Non-standard items, including machined and fabricated materials, are not returnable or refundable. Quality issues will be resolved to the original specification or drawing requirements. Please call 888-768-5759 to learn more about our capabilities in machining and fabrication for your specific needs and application. Scuffs and small scratches on semi-finished products are to be expected. This is not considered a quality issue. Handling Charges

Cutting and Machining Plastics

IF WE CUT IT, YOU OWN IT! Cut-to-size, machined, fabricated and non-standard items are not returnable or refundable. Cut-to-size products include any material that is cut to a non-optimal size. Optimal sizes generally include 12x24", 24x48", 48x96" and 48x120" for sheets. Standard full sheet sizes are generally 48”x96” or 48”x120”. Standard rod and tube lengths are 4', 5', 8', 10' and 12'. Rods and tubes can only be returned in lengths of 4', 5', 8', 10' and 12'. All other lengths are considered non-optimal. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are sometimes offered by Interstate Advanced Materials. Promotional codes apply only to online orders placed through the Interstate Advanced Materials website, unless otherwise stated, and may have additional restrictions. Promotional codes may not be used with other offers, discounts or additional promotional codes. Promotional codes will not be applied to past purchases.
